A Little About Me:

God first. I love my family and even more after my morning cup of coffee. Firing up my smoker brings me excitement every time, even in single digits weather. When I’m not shooting weddings, catch me taking long walks with my family, reading to my kids, testing out new recipes and journaling my life through photography. I’m usually laid back but when it’s time to bring energy and blast my creativity behind the camera, I’m all in!

What Drives Me:

The connections and friendships I build through photography on one of the most memorable days of your life brings me excitement. Not to mention, being the one to tell your story for generations to come is a privilege I deeply cherish. Finally, the excitement you’ll feel during the sneak-peak of your photographs the night of your wedding is one of my favorite moments.

The story behind:

Anchored WEdding photography

Photography started as a shared passion between my wife and me — A journey we embarked on as a newly married couple in Shenzhen, China in 2017. When we decided to turn this passion into a business, we knew it had to reflect our faith and values.

Our guiding principle: Put God first. Colossians 3:23.

As we explored names, we kept coming back to words like rooted or anchored — words that embody our guiding principles. Anchored Wedding Photography became the perfect name, representing us being anchored in Him as we use the talents He gave us to capture and celebrate your love story with the same heart and purpose that inspired our own.
